Lead end-to-end design across research, UX strategy, and high-fidelity execution.
We are looking for a Product Designer to lead end-to-end design efforts across research, UX strategy, and high-fidelity product execution. In this role, you will translate complex problems into intuitive experiences and collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring high-impact features to life.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management and engineering to define user problems, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate interaction patterns and design intent.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability studies, and iterative testing.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver detailed design specifications and support implementation through launch.
- Maintain and evolve the design system while ensuring accessibility, consistency, and scalability across the product.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product design experience working on web or mobile applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing shipped features, user-centered design decisions, and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience applying accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and design-system methodologies.
